We were visiting the Grotte Di Catullo and arrived on the little land train. The cafe is between the terminus of the train and the Grotte entrance. It was pleasant enough with reasonably priced coffees, but we were plagued by wasps so didn’t hang about.
Called into here after walking around the ruins on a very hot day just for a drink served pretty quickly had a coke and a fanta for 7euro crazy prices for 2 cans of pop.
There’s no cafe inside the ruins so we were delighted to get a cold drink here on the way out. If we had realised, we would have bought a bottle of something cold here before going in, too.
We went here for a quick snack and a drink and it was perfect. There is only one toilet and there seemed to always be a queue but if you need somewhere just to sit and rest, this is the one.
