About
Our family welcomes you in our little Osteria, a unique location: Palazzo Gonzaga. The heritage dates back to the beginning of XVII century, when the Gonzaga, Lords and Masters of Mantua, chose Maderno and its mild climate for their holiday residence. The Osteria is located in the old kitchen and cellar. You will not find a fixed menu, but our culinary proposals are written in Italian on a board at the entrance. We shall do our best to translate them in English!! Sunday lunch (when the weather is fresh) or Saturday evening (in summer) offer our typical Spiedo: meat (pork, chicken, rabbit) and potatoes broiled. If you are more than 10 people and you want to taste it, you just have to book and we'll be happy to broil it for you! Our dishes will make you discover our traditions and the flavour of our past and history.
