The cornerstones of our restaurant are research and authenticity. Our goal is to share and enjoy our findings with you. Here you can try a cuisine which combines local tradition and creative experimentation, making the most of both regional ingredients and the best products from all over the world. Our menu offers meat options, lake fish options and even seafood options. Similarly, when it comes to the wines, we favor the local manufacturers without forgetting the many others Italian brands. We will give you a warm welcome in a family-like enviroment, with much attention to even the smallest details. The place is located in the city centre, near the beautiful boardwalk and behind the "Palazzo della Magnifica Patria", currently City Hall of Sal. The room inside has a vaulted ceiling and goes back to the 16th century (it was, originally, a stable in the Palazzo del Provveditore and Capitano della Riviera).
