Spectacular food preparation & incredible service. Paired with some great Verdicchio and good friends it was a 5 star evening. The sea sponge soufflé was the surprise hit of the evening.
Sublime in all respects. The food was excellent – modern Italian – and the service was impeccable. Although living nearly an hour away for parts of the year, I will be making a beeline when there.
