Mario owner-chef, after 19 years of experiences in high level restaurants, decided to open his first restaurant in Pesaro. Considering that in Pesaro the proposal of the majority of restaurants is medium-low, Mario has decided to propose only high level of Italian dishes, starting, obviously, from the selection of the ingredients.
