The architectural structure from which it is named our restaurant consists of a covered walkway over the walls of the fortified town of Serra San Quirico. The restaurant rests just above "the Copertelle". The dishes prepared in our kitchen inspired as much by simplicity of the popular cooking as the sophistication of the products that our territory offers us such as aged cheese, mushrooms, truffles, but also shrimp and trout river. The choice of products, seasonings and wine is rooted in biology because we believe that the earth with its naturalness can give us all the flavors that we need. Some of these products can be found in our " Shop Local Products " The wine selection is meticulous as it is the care of their preservation in our Enoteca placed under the copertelle.
