Il Cavallo Scosso is a choice of passion, quality, tradition and research. Our passion for cooking meets the research of the best natural ingredients which are selected extremely carefully to always obtain the best result possible. We prefer products from the area, but in our menu there always are some national and international excellent ingredients because we believe that gastronomy's evolution is to be limitless: where there's quality there are no boundaries. We love to shop our groceries day by day,prepare daily our fresh pastas, our bread and bread-sticks with biological flours and slow rising only to offer our clients the best that we can.. Our kitchen is constantly evolving, we always have typical dishes and natural ingredients which are part of Piedmont's tradition, but we often add courses made with products which are not on the area on our menus. Il Cavallo Scosso proposes a smart but not too formal environment, composed by 30 covers so that we can give every guest a good attention. Respecting our philosophy,relative to sustainability, the restaurant is located inside a small villa completely built with wood, using the most cutting edge bio-construction solutions, including the technology plants thanks to which we are able to decrease all wastefulness, consumption and pollution emission.
