Born using the tradition and culture of three italian regions. The base ingredients are only 3. High quality chickpea flour milled by Piedmontese windmill, high quality extra virgin olive oil coming from Ligurian Taggiasca olives.cold-pressed, and finally the essence of life; water. To mix these three raw ingredients, we dedicated two years to discovering the perfect recipe using an artisan process. The base which is composed of these three ingredients is called Prendila Cosi which distinguishes itself as it is highly digestible and exceptionally nutritious. Apart from being delicious it is suitable for everyone as it is gluten free and vegetarian but it can also be eaten by people that are refined flour intolerant
