The Ramen Station is a restaurant in the centre of Torino which offers a huge variety of oriental food. In particular, it offers one of the greatest speciality of Japan, the ramen. Maybe not many people know that ramen is also a traditional chinese dish. This dish, is typically Japanese, but it has Chinese origins. It is composed by wheat noodles in meat/fish soup,flavoured with sauces and vegetables.
