Local ingredients and possibly organic or fair trade. The food is good and you'll spend the right (in our opinion). Without hurry but without pause is our motto. We believe in a kitchen (and a life) good, clean and fair. Be welcome to our home! It's a pleasure to have you guests! We want you to enjoy our food with your family or with your friends.
