Greeted with a smile and with the courtesy given to guests, you take a seat in the wide dining room friendly and warm, with the walls stuffed with paintings that tell the story of forty years. At the ringing of the Bell, you get to the buffet where the gaze lose its way along the table of starters, like a child in front the window of a toy store.
