The property is situated within the "Parco La Mandria", in an old farm house dating back to the 1600th and attributable to the Savoy. The farm was refitted in 2000 by creating a golf course with nine holes and a structure with large rooms dedicated to sports, food, wine and culture. Furthemore the convenience of being just 20 minutes from the center of Turin taking the exit of the A55 ring road towards Savonera, makes it easy and convenient to reach.
