Federico, Ivan and syslak 's staff wanted to recreate a cozy and informal where you can have a drink, dine or spend an evening in company of good music (also live) and selected products respecting the seasonality and territory. The Syslak is a tavern, with wooden tables, an old belief and paper towels where you can eat the best local specialties, cooked with passion and knowledge, sipping wines that have made important the Langhe and Roero.
