We offer ethically-oriented catering services through a cooking style devoted to the local food excellencies and inspired by the values of eco-gastronomy and legality. In order to fulfil this objective, we prefer to use ingredients from organic cultivations and we prioritise local and seasonal production, in addition to excellencies realised inside Italian jails. Pausa Café’s proposal becomes therefore an instrument to prevent repeated offences, thus favouring the reintegration of former inmates and to break the cycle of: marginality > imprisonment > marginality > repeated offence.
