THE COFFEE' Since 2010 I have started roasting on my own, selecting the best coffees in South America and the African range. La Pieve coffee is sold in family-sized gourmet packages and administered directly in the cafeteria. THE CHOCOLATE Of all my products, perhaps the one I like most is chocolate. For Easter, for example, I make a collection of Easter eggs that reproduce different animals.
