Villa Olimpia is a Social&Didactic Restaurant where chefs help people with vulnerability and problems with justice in preparing quality menus. Our philosophy is small price, big value. We use a formative enterprise model: a device of active work politic, which aim is professional training. For many guys that are at the margins of formative and Scholastic systems, the only way to rebuild a positive image of themselves is to learn a practical knowhow. We choose food as test field.
