Our restaurant was founded in 2000 in a restaurant that since the 60s was a restaurant. With the spirit based on the territory it was therefore decided to call it "Terre del Grignolino" precisely because said vine has roots only and exclusively in the territory of Monferrato and Asti and in no other part of the globe. In September 2017 we decided to renovate the furnishings in the classic style of wine with cuisine, to meet a type of clientele that does not disdain good food and drink in a more informal but still warm and familiar.It goes without saying that the cooking predominantly follows the recipes of the area and also on salt water fish, raw material, the latter, which has a good part in the vast Italian culinary landscape. Following the season we serve mushrooms, truffles, game, snails, frogs, vegetables from the vegetable gardens of the area and products of our lands known all over the world such as Carnaroli rice which plays an important role in our cuisine.
