he Supramonte area is a fascinating place, where the rocks of the rugged mountains are infused with the aromas of the woods and the Mediterranean shrubs. We want to offer typical dishes with the flavours of the land to our guests. As a matter of fact the local cuisine is the strength of the Hotel. Most of the food that our guests can taste is made in our own kitchens: the fresh pastries (amongst them the well known culurgiones), the cakes, the goat meat, the kid meat, the pig meat, the liquor and the home made marmalades. We will try to find the perfect wine to match the dish you have chosen, selecting them from the ones produced on our island. For example, we can offer two of the most famous Sardinian wines, the Cannonau and the Carignano. In addition, it is possible for non-residents to book lunches and dinners at the restaurant. We warmly welcome groups and organized trips with an advance booking of at least two weeks.
