The restaurant is placed in Orgosolo, in the location called Montes, and it is situated at 3,280 feet in the air. Our kitchen proposes traditional Sardinian and Orgosolos recipes, made using local products. The menu changes as seasons pass, so that only fresh and genuine ingredients will be used. You will be able to taste the traditional myrtle-scent pig cooked following the ancient recipe created by sheperds, hand-made culurgiones, cold cuts and different cheeses. Every dishes tells the story about its link with the area and the territory, they are typical recipes and ancient identities interpreted and personalised in order to make you know and appreciate the true and genuine Sardinian and Mediterranean food.
