We try to keep a short chain in the products we use in the hope that you can taste genuine and true flavors as only simplicity can do. Our fresh pasta is made by our staff with traditional method, by handmade. Fish are supplied daily from our local suppliers to ensure a fresh product. Our meats come from selected breeds, as well as our salami and cheeses. We look forward to rediscovering simple tastes of true taste. :-)
