As we couldnt imagine you leaving this special place without having tried all the tastes and smells of Sardinia, we have chosen to offer a cuisine that reflects our people and style of life: frank, direct, genuine, and fragrant. We bring to the table the best that the region has to offer: from local producers we buy Sardinian pork, sheeps cheese, seasonal smoked cheeses, honey, and fresh fish; we grow our own herbs and fruit, making our own jams from our lemons, oranges, figs, and prickly pears.
