The restaurant was founded by Uncle Pierino Scano and named in honor of his wife Lina. Opened in 1966, he specialized in local dishes such as fish soup, Stintino salad of octopus, the Stintino capon, lobster soup and bottarga spaghetti. Today, following the tradition, we use purely the local catch and propose typical Sardinian dishes such as culurgiones, the suckling pig with myrtle, and seadas tumbarelle, accompanied by the best local wines, from filu ferru and myrtle. doing wink to Sustainable Mobility, we have activated a certificate stall for charging electric vehicles.
