From the raw materials used in the kitchen, to the dairy products for which the Region is best known, all the products used at Aquolina are slow food products weekly delivered to us from Apulia. Delicious food, value for money and great serviceWhat struck us most was the genuine kindness of the waiting staff and the tasty and very well done food. Will definitely be back before our holiday is finished.
Excellent interior, friendly service and free prosecco for every guest!:) I recommend especially their risotto with truffle oil and Parmesan. 10/10
