The bakery exits since 1909. In 2018 we opened also the bistrot. Our project tells about a journey from south to north Sardinia, to discover all the excellences of the land and high quality products. Our bread is made with sourdough and biological flours. We also have a range of traditional bread. Our menu changes every week and it is inspired by sardinian tradition revisited with creativity. We are open from 6AM to midnight and we offer breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, dinner. All our products are made by us and come from our pastry and bread lab.
