In 1988, in the historic center of Cagliari born Cafeteria Valentino. One step away from Via Garibaldi is proposed as a simple pastry bar, but over the years is renewed and discovering new passions turns. And 'so that in 1997 Valentino and Elvira transform it into a restaurant and bar where everyone is invited to feel at home. Every day we offer a genuine home cooking with a wide choice of steamed vegetables and baked. Our starters are made with fresh pasta and produce at home in our wonderful ravioli according to the Sardinian tradition. Our soups and soups are all entirely VEGAN every day we propose different. Our variety of meat and fish is made top quality ingredients that are prepared daily in a different and delicious to whet the customer with new flavors.
