(Cielo dAlcamo) The choice of the name "Jellare" wants to be a tribute to one of the most representative representatives of the popular folk poetry of the Sicilian school, to which this city has given birth: Cielo d'Alcamo. Like the Jewelers in the Middle Ages with their art delighted the courts, likewise we want to pamper our guests with a unique sensory experience. That's why we chose the niche's agro-food excellence that is rich in our territory, strictly following the seasonality, so that we offer dishes of tradition and wise innovation, personalized by our chef.
