We went to Cafe Sicilia and it had a queue. So we went the road running parallel behind it and discovered Caffe Costanzo and were so glad we did. Really delicious cakes and excellent dark chocolate and orange gelato
Tired of the climb to reach the Cathedral, we sit here for two quick Campari Sodas and some “acqua frizzante”, carbonated mineral water. Service is quick and friendly and prices are VERY reasonable.
This felt like the traditional Italian gelato shop. They had excellent service and all the items we tried were delicious, if the line is too long at Caffe Sicilia go here, it’s less than a block away.
Lonely Planet recommended them and we weren’t disappointed. And there are places to sit around outside without requiring table service.Outstanding ice cream!
They charge 20% service fee for a low quality service. You have to order 5 times to get a coffee and they dont accept most credit cards. So prices are premium but service is low class. Avoid trying here
4/5 as the service can be hit and miss as it can be busy (just go to counter and order direct) but otherwise a wonderful Sicilian cafe, just off the touristy street of Noto. Full of locals which must be a good sign?
