Il Rosticcere is a food lab based in the historical centre of Acireale. Our production, entirely specialized in Sicilian traditional deli, is the expression of Chef Puccio's thirty-year experience, through which he gives shape to the ingenious match between taste innovation and attention to traditional flavours. The past and the present are here blended according to these simple but fundamental principles: quality in the choice of raw materials and ingredients, detail in the creation of every single product, and relentless pursuit of new combinations of flavours. The baroque scenery lays the groundwork to the pillars of Sicilian street food: arancini, cipolline and cartocciate adorn the countertop among several varieties of savoury pastries and quiches. These are the characters in the limelight, playing the lead in the ultimate tasty snack as well as in a quick but appetising dinner. Pear, bacon and mozzarella, chicken curry with pepper, brie with honey and walnuts stuffings, are some of the coordinates of the journey through the flavours offered by Il Rosticcere. The experience is complemented by a selection of craft beers, witnessing our meticulous attention to the composition of the perfect meal.
