Our philosophy: We adhere to the Alliance of Chefs with Slow Food for the Protection of small endangered local productions. We believe in the recovery of seasonality and in the enhancement of the traditional Sicilian cuisine. We choose and select only small natural Sicilian productions, organic and biodynamic, no make use of intermediaries.
