From the 16 of December 12 stars our culinary project, the idea: sustainable and ethical sicilian cuisine. In a period of economic and cultural crisis like the one we find ourselves in, our objective is to bring to our friends and peers a sustainable and accessable way of eating, with attention to the quality of the products (seasonal produce sourced at 0km) and traditional methods and technique.
