Ballarak
About
We are the first and still only microbrewery/brewpub in Palermo. Ballarak is the only place were you can go and drink one of ours ,currently 13, beers, while having great local food reinterpreted to get along nicely with our beers. Every once in a while we throw a concert with local artists and musicians. When you come inside you immediately see the heart of Ballarak which is our Brewery. We brew our beers right there were you drink it and if your curious you can ask directly to our Brewer who'll tell you everything you'll care to know about the beer you love the most.Details
