Olimpia bar was founded in 1976 as a pastry shop and ice cream parlor, by the skilful management of the Avanzato family, which has brought the name of the business up to two generations. Having become a point of reference in Palermo, over the years it has offered the possibility to its customers to taste the true Sicilian gastronomy, with typical dishes prepared according to our traditions. Olimpia is widely known for its pastries, of which cassate, cannoli, profitterol and mousse are the main representatives. For years we are moving also in the catering sector, events organization, with high quality cuisine, our chefs guarantee professionalism and taste according to the traditions of our land.
