Good food, art and music to live an engaging experience. A sicilian "ristowine", cocktail pub, pizzeria and "hamburgeria", different, very different from what we are used to, where you can enjoy traditional sicilian dishes always accompanied by dj sets, concerts, cabaret, theatrical pices, exhibitions and lectures. Testing journeys, first curse, main course, taglieri, salads, big pizzas, hamburgers and sandwiches full of good, genuine and especially 100% sicilian things, selected from small local manufacturers that works in an artigianal way. For our sicilian hamburgers we utilise homemade bread made by us, that we bake every evening and is realised with flour created with selected ancient wheat and sourdough. Our pizzas are strictly realised with whole wheat (dough at long maturation based on sourdough) and are wisely enriched, after a careful combination, utilising only organic, DOP, IGP and ark of taste foods.
