We are the first reality vegan in Messina. Vegan and Veg supports local production, carefully selecting the raw materials used in the kitchen. Cereals, legumes, flours, vegetables and fruit are strictly Sicilian, 0 km local, and organic. We offer a new way of choosing food consciously, preferring, fresh and seasonal food to the industrial one. We offer natural plant-based food with local products, and mostly organic not for trend but for ethics because we wanto to offer healthy food at a good price, respecting the environment and the seasons, here you will always find only seasonal products. our kitchen is based on self-production and on minimum use of products already processed and packaged (Italian tempeh, miso and seitan). OUR SPECIALTIES are our TraVegzzini (veg sandwich) stuffed with hummus and mayonnaise daily homemadeof our production.We pack food with completely recyclable and compostable materials.
