Open for more than thirty years the restaurant Gemelli is considered one of the "historical" of Lampedusa. The kitchen, from the more traditional Sicilian (spaghetti with sardines, swordfish rolls stuffed with grilled shellfish) to the most creative and sophisticated (crepes stuffed grouper creamy pasta with shrimp, grouper roulade stuffed with shellfish and vegetables), enhances the freshness of the raw material: the fish, the undisputed king of this wonderful island. The main dish is couscous, served with semolina cooked according to ancient recipe, vegetables and fish slice.
