The Caper of Salina is part of Slow Food. The company managed a family also has a good restaurant where you can taste local dishes with products grown on the farm. Kitchen with lots of vegetarian dishes such as eggplant or zucchini parmigiana, the caponata, the sweet and sour endive, zucchini pancakes, and ... For the former, the house specialty is linguine with pesto capers where delicate flavor suggests adding a tablespoon of fresh chilli oil. Another specialty of the restaurant is the rabbit in sweet and sour.
