In front of Porta Garibaldi, the main door to the old town center of Marsala, a workshop-lab is the place to meet and enjoy the masterpieces of the Sicilian and southern-Italian street food. Arancine (fried rice balls) and mixed fry in paper cornet, sandwiches filled with season ingredients, artisanal soft drinks and beers are our tribute to the culinary heritage of Southern Italy.
