This restaurant is characterized by an a-typical contemporary Sicilian cuisine. However, it' is enriched by Northern European influences, which have been acquired by our chef during his various experiences abroad. Using fresh ingredients and in- season products is our priority. Moreover, we specifically select local products because our first aim is to valorize our wonderful and generous region, Sicily.
