About
A balcony on the Valley of the Temples between an ancient coastal watchtower and an overwhelming Mediterranean garden, a journey through the senses, where the art of cooking meets the delicate fragrance of the olive oil made by the ancient technique of cold pressing. A restaurant that becomes a unique place in the world, that enchants its guests with its aromas and its flavours.Details

The menu focuses on quality, out-of-the-ordinary dishes. Wines are excellent and Felice – the sommelier – is always ready to give you some good advice. The environment is also very special, whether you eat inside or in the garden.

The in-house restaurant of our hotel (Baglio della Luna), but we didn’t realise just how special the food would be. Sicilian cuisine at Michelin standards. And a fine Sicilian wine list.
The food, service and views were all excellent. This is the second time i have been here for lunch and both times everything was outstanding. This is an excellent t place for a meal.
Wonderful fresh seafood, and service was excellent. The view of the Temple in the distance was amazing. Beautiful garden for aperitivi before dinner.
Our group enjoyed our meal very much the food was excellent. Unfortunately some of the main courses had run out but we found good alternatives.
