The Algil restaurant, located on the island of Ortigia in a fabulous position and with a wonderful view of the sea, offers a cuisine which is in total harmony with the spirit of the hotel and which distinguishes itself by its respect of Mediterranean traditions. Our gastronomic recommendations are based on genuine, simple and tasty Sicilian cuisine, making use of the modest but delicious aubergines, courgettes and peppers. Special care is given to fish. We were staying at the hotel. The breakfast service was very good. There was a good selection of items and a menu of additional items (like eggs to order and chacuterie plates) at no additional charge.
This hotel serves a lovely breaskfast with fresh fruit and hot breakfast too if you want it.At night it is a high class dining with good well cooked and imaginiitive food.
