Our Pinsa is a reinterpretation of the famous Pinsa Romana, an ancient recipe, today known as a product of Italian excellence. The dough is placed in the fridge for at least 48 hours. The slow maturation of the ingredients makes our Pinsa highly digestible.Details

We came here by accident. Had some very good pizzas in great variety. Also good beer. Nice and able hosts
