The restaurant, created inside the ancient stone Dammus in the Antico Hotel Roma 1880, offers a taste of the rich and noble flavours of Sicily, land and sea: all our recipes are created in complete authenticity, and the ancient recipes handed down by the fisher-folk, reviewed in the light of modern intuitions, are particularly renowned. The restaurant offers the chance to dine in the open air, in the splendid setting of Piazza Minerva, from April to October when the restaurant garden is also open for breakfast. On request, we can meet any requirements regarding food intolerances and prepare vegetarian dishes, thanks to the wide variety of Sicilian cuisine which is less tied to pasta and meat than Italian food in general, using instead a wide range of fish and vegetables.
