Located in the panoramic roof top terrace of the hotel overlooking Mount Etna and the Mediterranean sea. Chef David Costa specializes in traditional Sicilian and Italian cuisine prepared with the best organic local products, but all given a contemporary and very creative approach. The restaurant is always open and from the late afternoon David offers delicious appetizers to accompany a cocktail or glass of wine as the sunsets. Our restaurant comprises also a full bar.
