Restaurant Laboratory 210 grams is the brainchild of two young brothers, exploiting the consolidated laboratory pasta family and associate the restaurant with interactive lab. Thus was born August 21, 2015 this new format in Trapani. We found this restaurant on our journey in Trapani by luck and would definitely recommend it! Homemade italian pasta and wine was really delicious. Service was excellent even we came later during the night.
