Albachiara was born in May of the year 2007 young in management, but experts in the industry, in fact, the sisters Federica and Verdiana, although young people have always lived in the sector being daughters of art, since the dad, at the beginning of the ' 80 was among the members of the first open sandwich in town (PANINERIA video music) with two outlets in via Serradifalco and the other in via Carducci. The latter in 1990 becomes creperia (first Creperia Porticello and later Creperia Carducci). Both restaurants gave a turning point in the culinary habit of the Palermitans with hundreds of sandwiches and as many crepes. Now the two premises have been concentrated in this new locality by continuing to choose the excellent raw materials and treating the hospitality and kindness towards the customers. Why Albachiara? Because the whole family is a fan of the National Vasco.
