thnic is a totally organic and vegan (also vegetarian) restaurant, located in the city centre of Palermo, near Via Libert and not far from the amazing Villa Trabia. thnic is run by Rossana and Luisa, who daily welcome you in a cozy and familiar place, with a veg, natural and genuine food. Most of the ingredients are local, and mainly bio, the menu change according to the season, and you can taste an interesting mix of mediterranean tradition and flavours of the world.
