Da Balbo Restaurant born in Scarlino in 1957, due the great passion of their native places developed in Balbo e Soria. The story go on with the help of their son Massimo and his wife Anna till the transition management of the history Chef from the 2002 to 2014. The old and real side of the Da Balbo Restaurant carry on again with the grandson Stefano in the 2015 that with the will of the Da Balbo Family made a new management with the help of Cinzia & Roberto family to create a restaurant in which the persons stay well and eat good an typical tuscany food produced at 0 Kilometers.
