The courses we create in our kitchen, every day, are made with lots of care and passion. We choose between varieties of products of our lands, trying to respect the best Tuscan tradition. From appetizers of salami and cheeses selections to handmade pasta with game sauce or seasonal vegetables from our garden, from the classic Tagliata of Tuscan Chianina to our traditional desserts, such as the Zuppa Inglese, typical of the Cortonas culture.
