Spizzometro is the pizzeria that makes you fall in love with "Pizza al Metro". We use a blend of wheat, rice and soy flours to get friability and crunchiness out of the ordinary. The doughs of our pizzas face a leisurely rest before being fired, which makes them super digestible. Great fried, try all the snacks of Mediterranean tradition.
