Restaurant overlooking the central square of Firenzuola, "the small Florence of the Alpe Fiorentina". Our kitchen is a meeting of flavors of the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. Our first are all fresh pasta prepared by us, the meat comes from local farms and we use all the products that our territory offers: organic potatoes, browns, Porcini mushrooms, Prugnoli mushrooms, truffles and vegetables. Homemade sweets.
